Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use MT5 Bot for Windows (including the website, the bot dashboard, and related broker/VPS pages).

Last updated: July 2026

1. Data we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account to create and manage your account on the system. When you connect a bot to MT5/Deriv, the connection details you provide (e.g. API tokens, trading account numbers) are used to run the bot. We also record basic usage data (activity logs, sign-in times, bot status) to operate the service and provide support.

2. How we use your data

Data is used to: authenticate and manage your account, display bot status/logs on the dashboard, provide technical support when issues arise, and improve service quality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising outside the scope of the system.

3. Storage & security

Sensitive information such as API connection tokens is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored in the database (Turso). Sign-in uses Google OAuth, so we never store your Google password. We apply reasonable technical measures to limit unauthorized access, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

4. Sharing with third parties

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the system: Google (OAuth sign-in), Deriv (trading API connections you set up yourself), and Google reCAPTCHA (spam/bot protection on some forms). These services have their own privacy policies and only receive the data necessary for their respective functions.

5. Your rights

You may request to view, edit, or delete your account data at any time by contacting the admin team. When an account is deleted, related connection tokens are revoked and removed from the system.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies required to maintain your sign-in session and remember your display language preference (Vietnamese/English). We do not use cookies for cross-platform ad tracking.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect product or legal changes. The latest version is always published on this page.
